Julia is a master florist with 25 years of international expertise, specialising in creating floral architecture for private residences and high-profile events including recent work on the runway decor for a major French fashion house in Paris. Meanwhile, co-founder Sofiia brings a fresh, next-generation perspective, bridging the worlds of flowers, fashion, culture, and contemporary visual art.

We understand the importance of flawless attention to detail and absolute confidentiality. We offer personalised floral services ranging from regular villa styling to the execution of complex commissions, whether for official protocols or private occasions. While our primary focus is the French Riviera, our team is equipped to deliver projects in Kyiv and across other countries.

A play on words captures the dual meaning behind the To be ROSE brand: it is both the poetic name of a flower whose complex fragrance unfolds at twilight and an English manifesto “to be a rose." It represents the journey of weathering the elements, blooming under nature’s gaze, and leaving behind a flawless legacy without the need to prove one's grandeur to anyone.
